Robert C. Novy, Esq.
Mr. Novy has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey since 1976. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of the State of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. Since 1978, Mr. Novy has specialized in the areas of estate planning and settlement, guardianships, disability protection, real estate and an ever-evolving area of the law known as "Elder Law". Mr. Novy serves as a provider of legal services to the Ocean County Office On Aging,and is a frequent lecturer before various civic and professional groups.

Douglas J. Hull, Esq.
Mr. Hull has been practicing law in the state of New Jersey since 1974. He specializes in the areas of estate planning, estate settlement and litigation, guardianships, real estate, elder law issues, and civil and municipal court litigation. He has served as legal counsel for Jersey Shore Savings and Loan and several senior citizen communities and has extensive real estate experience. He has served as bank counsel for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Hull also served as municipal attorney and prosecutor in several municipalities. He serves as legal advisor for The Lighthouse program at Community Medical Center, offering free legal consultations with members. He frequently hosts a radio show known as "Inside the Law" on WOBM 1160 AM.

Michael C. Paxton, Esq.
Mr. Paxton has been practicing law in the Ocean and Monmouth County area since 1989. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars. He specializes in the areas of personal injury litigation, workers compensation, real estate, land use and zoning, and municipal court. Michael C. Paxton has served as assistant township attorney for Dover Township. He has also served as assistant attorney for the Dover Township Planning Board. Additionally, Mr. Paxton has served as assistant attorney to the Ocean County Vocational Technical Schools and the Dover Township District #1 Board of Fire Commissioners.
